Returns

Whitman Publishing offers the highest quality products and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for merchandise purchased on our website www.whitman.com up to 30 days from the delivery date of your order.

The credit will be processed after we receive your return. Please allow 4 weeks for the return to show on the account.

Sorry we cannot accept C.O.D. freight or refund the original or return shipping costs.

If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the steps below:

  1. Call 1-800-546-2995, for a Return Authorization number. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A CREDIT FOR THE PRODUCT RETURNED UNLESS YOU HAVE A RA#. The RA# must be written on the outside of all boxes returned.
  2. Keep a list of the products you are sending back.
  3. Write the reason for the return and a daytime phone number on the packing slip from your order.

  4. Returns should be shipped by a traceable method (such as UPS or some other traceable method). If your return is not shipped by a traceable method and gets lost we will be unable to issue a credit.
