How do I place an order?

Once you've found the item you wish to purchase, click the "add to cart" button. This will place the item in your shopping cart. When you are ready to check out, simply click the "Checkout Now" button below the list of items in your Shopping Cart. Follow the online prompts that will take you through the account setup process and then submit your order.

How do I change my email address or password?

You may change your password at any time by logging on using your current email and password. Changes may be made to your account by clicking on "My Account" located in the upper right corner on the Homepage. Click on "Manage Account Settings" to modify your password or email address. If you forget your password, click "Forgot your password?" on the "My Account" page to reset your password. Your new password will be sent to your email address.

From where will my product ship?

Our Distribution center is located in Florence, Alabama, 35630.

Did my replacement order get processed as requested? Did you receive my returned merchandise?

How do I change my mailing address?

Click "My Account" and login using your current email and password. Then look in the upper right-hand area of the homepage. Click on "My Account" and it will take you to your profile screen. Underneath the red "Save Changes" button, you will see "My Address", click on it, change your address, and then click the red "Save Changes" button.

How do I check my order history?

Click "My Account", then go to "Help". On the left-hand side of the page, upper corner, under "Shopping Tools" click "Order History". This screen will list items along with your order number. When calling customer service regarding your order please have your order number. You may email customer service at customerservice@whitman.com or call 1-800-546-2995 8-5 Central Standard Time Monday-Friday.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Thank you for ordering from Whitman Publishing. Your order will ship within 48 hours of placing your order during normal business days Monday-Friday. You should receive your order 3-7 business days.

Note: Timeframes shown for the various shipping methods in addition to the time it takes us to prepare your order in the warehouse.

How do I cancel an order?

How do I track my package?

Click "My Account", then go to "Help". On the left-hand side of the page, upper corner, under "Shopping Tools" click "Order History". This screen will list items along with your order number. Then click the "UPS" link and your order will be tracked automatically at the UPS site. Or you may contact customer service at 866-68-BOOKS or 866-682-6657 for assistance with tracking your order.
